From Jim & Carol

We apologize for not updating the blog, we have had some technical difficulties.

Nathan is resting at home in Maroochydore. He is comfortable and still alert most of the time. He continues to impress us with his strength and courage. He hasn't lost his dry sense of humour either. He even makes jokes about his own situation.

His pain is under control to the extent that Jill & Shiraz (their Labrador) have both been able to get on his bed to give him a cuddle, however so brief.

We have been overwhelmed by the support from family and friends all around the world. This blog has been a great way tp keep in touch with everyone. Please pass it on to those who know Nathan.

You guys dont know us but we were blessed to meet Mirelle a few years ago and travel to America with her where she became my room-mate. We wanted to express our deepest sympathy to Mirelle & the rest of her family in such a hard time. We are praying for you all from New Zealand. Warm regards, Jess & Rob

Then shall I know ....
Not till the loom is silent
And the shuttles cease to fly,
Shall God unroll the canvas
And explain the reason why
The dark threads are as needful
In the weavers' skillful hand
As the threads of gold and silver
In the pattern He has planned.
